kite costa rica - north's good PLENTY of wind,try the south zone were im at,waves @ wind...nothing like up there,thermal wind can start as early as 10.30,side on shore1218 mph waves at the point, holds any size swell smaller more protected down the line 4 beginners. best months dec thru aug,but I managed to kite10 days a month on the off season, no wind.. SURF..were 3 miles downwind of pavones.. PURA VIDA
