There really is no best season. The spot just gets some wind maybe 10-20 times a year and if you're lucky you'll catch it!
Additional Information
Beach is quite small and narrow. Wind is 'rare' on this spot but when you're around Lausanne and get lucky to get some wind it's still a great spot!
Extremely cold in the winter.
